Today was a big errands day. If I owe you a phone call or an email – you are not alone! lol 🙂
I spent the whole day going over my very long to-do list, which is job-search heavy. Yes, folks, I’m looking for a job. If you know of anything in the DC area you think I might be interested in, let me know! 🙂 Program/project coordinator, program analyst, community/youth organizer, executive assistant… I’m all in. 😀
This journey has been a little bit scary for me, especially because my career path has diverged significantly from when I first came out to DC, but I’m constantly reminded of all that I have to be grateful for. I have such, such, such a strong support network; my friends are INCREDIBLE… all of them. Just to think of my incredible friends brings such HUGE joy to my heart!!! It was one of the things I most craved for as a child – friends as loving, wise, supportive, powerful, funny, and inspiring as I have now. You all make me a better person, every single day. Thank you for being a part of my life. 🙂
My list may be long and my journey going forward may be uncertain, but I know I’ll be OK. I have so much goodness in my life… and I KNOW it’s only going to get better!!! 😉 WOOOOOOOOT! 😀
