Tossing “Not Good Enough” To the Curb

I’m very much in the process of tossing yet another layer (because they come in layers) of “not good enough” thoughts aside.  As I peel away layers, I feel so much lighter, happier, more powerful, more capable of reaching my dreams.  And then I do, and it’s awesome!  And then I start the process all over again as I reach for more and more :).

By way of this blog, I send out my love to everyone so you, too, can drop another layer of “not good enough”.  Breathe.  Smile.  Breathe.  Smile.  Breathe. 🙂

Just for tonight, let yourself relax and sit still.  Don’t be afraid of the zooming thoughts, they can’t hurt you.  Make time for what you love, make time for what fills you!!  Sleep more.  Eat better.  Add more activity into your day.  Read what uplifts you (often).  Listen to music that makes your heart burst with hope and happiness.  Share with friends more (of the good stuff, you know), and absorb all the good they want to share.  Set boundaries for that which drains you or disrespects you.  They are not worth your time.  You have far more important things to accomplish. 🙂

And just for this moment, know that everything’s OK.  You are love.  You are love.   And you are loved.

Have a wonderful night and sweet dreams!  And repeat after me, “I AM good enough.  I AM.” Good?  Good. Now remember to rinse and repeat often today.  Your smile creates waves. 🙂

So, so much love from DC,

Amparo
